Who can go on my membership?Family Memberships are good for 2 named adults and up to 6 children (under the age of 18) from the same household (same primary address). Family memberships can be purchased for yourself, or as a gift. Memberships are good for one full year from the date of purchase. Individual Memberships are good for 1 named adult, and 1 unnamed child or adult guest of their choice (“adult” or “child” must be selected at time of purchase and cannot be changed until the renewal period). Guests must be accompanied by the primary member.

How can I add extra guests, caregivers, or grandparents to my membership?To cover anyone outside of the member household, we have introduced the Extra Guest pass. The Extra Guest pass is an unnamed guest on the membership that may accompany any listed member throughout the year. Extra guests do not have their own membership cards, as they are not listed members. Up to 2 extra, unnamed, adult guests (babysitter, grandparent, family friend...) may be added to a membership for an additional $10/adult/year. Up to 2 extra, unnamed, child guests (cousins, classmates, random neighbor kids...) may be added for an additional $5/child/year. Extra Guests can only be added to Family Memberships, not Individual Memberships.

Are there any discounts on Memberships?Senior/Military/Foster Discounts are applied for members that are: -Over the age of 60, -Active military or veteran, -Current WA or ID foster family, I.D. may be requested to verify eligibility. Grandparent/Military/Foster Discounts cannot be gifted, they must be purchased by one of the primary members and able to show proof of eligibility. PDSC is continually seeking donations for our pool of “access funds” which provides free or reduced cost memberships for low-income families. Funds are dispersed on a first come, first served basis and are dependent upon the generosity of donors. Check with frontdesk@palousescience.org about fund availability and eligibility requirements.

What is your refund/transfer policy?Memberships, including names and number of members and guests,cannot be changed until the next renewal period.Memberships are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
